"التعبيرية الواقعية والجسد اللوني": الفنان الفرنسي "ألان جاستين" يثري الدورة الـ 15 لملتقى تفانين الدولي
شهدت فعاليات الدورة الخامسة عشرة لملتقى "تفانين" الدولي، برئاسة الفنانة والمخرجة نهى محفوظ، مشاركة دولية مميزة للفنان التشكيلي الفرنسي المحترف القدير "ألان جاستين" (Alain Gestin)، والذي قدم تجربة بصرية غنية تمزج بين دقة التكوين المعماري والرحابة التعبيرية.
تلقى "جاستين" تعليمه الفني المتميز في المدرسة الوطنية للفنون الجميلة في "بورج" (1977-1978)، ثم في المدرسة الوطنية العليا للفنون في باريس (1978-1982) حيث حصل على دبلومه الفني، كما صقل مهاراته الفنية في مرسم "فيليب لوجون" بمدينة إيتامب (1978-1983)، وحصل على ليسانس الفنون التشكيلية من جامعة باريس الثامنة عام 1988. وعلى الرغم من عمله الطويل في مجال الهندسة والمقاولات الذي استلهم منه دقة التكوين والانضباط البنائي، إلا أنه عاد لممارسة الفن بقوة بعد انقطاع دام ثلاثين عاماً؛ ليقدم تجربة واقعية تعبيرية تمزج بين الفحم، الرصاص، والزيت، معتمداً على رصيد إنساني وبصري مستوحى من البيئة والجوهر الإنساني. تُعد تجربته الفنية نموذجاً ملهماً لمفهوم "البدايات المتأخرة" في الفن المعاصر.
تُعرض أعمال "جاستين" بانتظام منذ عام 1980 وحتى الآن في فرنسا والعديد من الدول حول العالم مثل الأردن، قطر، السويد، إيطاليا، مصر، إسبانيا، ألمانيا، بلجيكا، وصربيا. وقد تم اختياره من قِبل وزارة الثقافة الفرنسية عام 1993 ليمثل فرنسا في مهرجان "كاين سور مير" الدولي، وفي عام 2000 في بينالي الحفر بإيطاليا. ونال عدة جوائز رفيعة منها جائزة "تشارلز أولمونت" من مؤسسة فرنسا بباريس عام 2012، وجائزة مدينة الدوحة من سفارة قطر بباريس عام 2010. وتتواجد مقتنياته الرسمية في متاحف ومكتبات باريس، الأردن، وصربيا، ويُدير حالياً مرسمه الخاص في جنوب إيطاليا حيث يقيم منذ عام 2022.
وقد نالت لوحته المشاركة في معرض "مانشيت بالألوان" والتي تحمل عنوان "Coeur à coeur" (من القلب إلى القلب) والمشغولة بالحبر على الورق (بمقاس 65×50 سم)، تفاعلاً كبيراً وإشادة واسعة من الجمهور والنقاد، لما تحمله من أبعاد تعبيرية وإنسانية عميقة.

Late Beginnings and Structural Precision: French Artist Alain Gestin Showcases Expressionist Mastery at Tafaneen Forum
The 15th edition of the "Tafaneen" International Art Forum, led by the artist and director Noha Mahfouz, proudly featured the exceptional participation of the distinguished French visual artist, Alain Gestin. Gestin brought an enriched visual experience to the forum, masterfully blending architectural structure with expressive depth.
Gestin completed his artistic training at the École Nationale des Beaux-Arts de Bourges (1977-78), followed by the École Nationale Supérieure de Paris (1978-82) where he earned his diploma. He further refined his skills at Philippe Lejeune's studio in Étampes (1978-83) and obtained a degree in Plastic Arts from Paris VIII University in 1988. Although his long, professional career in engineering and construction deeply influenced his artistic style with structural precision and discipline, Gestin returned powerfully to fine arts after a 30-year hiatus. He delivers an expressive realism combining charcoal, pencil, and oil painting, drawing inspiration from daily life and the human essence. His career serves as an inspiring testament to the concept of "Late Beginnings" in contemporary art.
Since 1980, Gestin's artwork has been exhibited extensively across France and internationally, including in Jordan, Qatar, Sweden, Italy, Egypt, Spain, Germany, Belgium, and Serbia. In 1993, he was selected by the French Ministry of Culture for the International Painting Festival of Cagnes-sur-Mer, and in 2000 for the Engraving Biennale of Campobasso in Italy. He is the recipient of prestigious awards, including the Charles Oulmont Prize (Fondation de France, Paris, 2012) and the Prize of the City of Doha (Embassy of Qatar, Paris, 2010). His masterpieces are held in official public collections including the Musée Albert Marzelles, the City of Paris, the Bibliothèque Nationale de France, and private collections worldwide. Since 2022, he has been practicing from his private studio in Southern Italy, where he currently resides.
His featured masterpiece in the "Manchette in Color" exhibition, titled "Coeur à coeur" (Ink on paper, 65x50 cm), captured widespread admiration from critics and art enthusiasts alike, reflecting a unique visual harmony and deep human emotions.
